    This is our 2nd time to Villa Hibiscus and once again we were blown away. The atmosphere, the service, and most of all the food! Everything is incredible. We did the 7 course tasting menu and from the amuse-bouche to dessert we were blown away with each dish. Thank you for another amazing experience, we will see you next year!

    We arrived exceptionally early. The hostess greated us and took us to our seating area. She told us she would inform the chef we had arrived and it would be a short time for him to be ready to serve us; we had ordered the 7 course prix and wine pairing. Once the service started the meal was totally amazing! The found was delicious and the presentation was so beautiful that it was almost a shame to place a utensil into it. Our waitress was so knowledgeable about the wine paired with each course that I asked is she was studying to be a Sommelier. The music was a series of upbeat remixes that was in the background and added positively to the dining experience. The dining area was exceptionally clean, properly adorned and the lighting changed as the evening progressed. I strongly recommend Villa Hibiscus for a romantic dining experience.

    Went here on out last night. Had the 5 course tasting menu All came out decorated like art All dished were excellent (maybe not the chicken/lobster mix) The drink were excellent as well Took about 3 hours total Expensive but a top rate restaurant

    I stayed at La Villa Hibiscus, so only thought it appropriate to reserve a spot for dinner on one of my nights there. I was greeted by friendly staff as I arrived, and was escorted to the lower level area by the front door to relax with a drink before the meal. I tried to order a Whiskey Sour, but the waitress told me the restaurant was unable to make any drinks other than the ones on the menu. A bit disappointing, but I still ordered a cocktail from the list. It was very good, regardless. Afterwards, I was seated. I ordered the mid-level course with wine pairing. While the dishes were very nice, they were also admittedly a bit smaller in portions than I'd hoped. Thankfully staff members came by frequently with bread so I was able to fill up that way. All-in-all, a nice experience. According to the locals I met, La Villa Hibiscus is easily one of the most expensive, exclusive restaurants on St. Martin. Budget as if you're going to a high-end steakhouse, and double it if you're going with a wine pairing.

    An amazing experience ! Food was exceptional, the service attentive and lovely. We loved everything about our meal and will be back when next in St. Martin! And I’ll dream about the crab and tangerine…

    Absolutely FABULOUS! Creative tasting menu presented by congenial server team. The environment was uniquely soothing and relaxing. Chef was kind enough to invite into the kitchen after our meal for a behind-the-scenes perspective.

    The best dining experience we had on the island. From ambience to attention to detail in every aspect of the experience everything was above and beyond. The chef is a masterful and creative talent. The food was exquisite!! Service was impeccable also.

    A real French culinary experience in paradise. Each of the dishes was better than the last, with amazing combinations of flavors and an extremely knowledgeable staff when it comes to the wine pairings. Dinner does take a while, especially if you order the Prestige menu, but you’re in paradise and you’ll want to savor every bite!

    Une expérience inoubliable ! Chaque détail, de l'accueil chaleureux au service impeccable, a contribué à sublimer notre soirée. Les plats, véritables œuvres d'art, alliaient créativité et respect des saveurs authentiques. La carte des vins, minutieusement élaborée, s’accordait parfaitement avec chaque met, rendant l’expérience encore plus mémorable. Le cadre élégant et raffiné ajoutait une touche supplémentaire à cette parenthèse de pur bonheur. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation Bravo !"
