   This is the only upscale restaurant in Pinckney or Hamburg. Family owned with a new chef, very good food and nice cozy spot.

   We all enjoyed our meals very much, and the wine. Our server never let our glasses be empty. However, $300 for 2 couples seems a teensy bit high. Still 5 stars from us

   Overall our experience was very good. However, after cashing out, our group stayed at the table and chatted for another hour. It would have been nice if a server came by. We have ordered another round of drinks

   Disappointing this time, but we will go back. Calamari as always was great, and the Italian creme cake was also excellent. The bread, which is usually one of our favorites first came out hard and cold, then the new batch was burnt. EXTREMELY skimpy wine pour for $10. Hubby's salad was essentially dressing-less though he did like his entree. He got the ribeye, which is what I should have ordered. I ordered the Caprese Pasta special and it was completely tasteless and swimming in oil, which appeared to be the only attempt at flavoring. Chalking it up to bad night. We usually really enjoy our meals here.

   Excellent food and service, as always. My husband ordered the surf as turf as he did the time before. He was again very pleased. I ordered the special entree for the evening, lemon chicken. It was delicious. Upon leaving, staff assisted us in using an alternate door that was closer to out parked car which was very appreciated in this cold weather.

   The food is consistently excellent at La Vita Bistro. Our group of seven had a variety of selections, and each was well prepared and tasted great. Our waitress Maggie was wonderful, both fun and efficient; we have enjoyed her service on multiple occasions.

   I made my reservations online and must have missed where you can request a booth...we ended up having to sit at the bar for about 30 minutes but in the end, we did get our booth, which is a lot of why we choose your restaurant, love the booths. Our meal was very good. Had to wait awhile for a drink while sitting at the bar and then there wasn’t any Bloody Mary mix☹️All in all it was a positive experience.

   This is the Second time my wife and I have dined in the restaurant. Both times have been great! Food is good, atmosphere is cozy and the price is reasonable.

    I was enticed by coming on valentine's day for their firecracker shrimp special thinking it was the same recipe they stopped serving on their menu that we really missed. The shrimp was no way firecracker - no spice! Not the same recipe at all - disappointing. We love the calamari app! Waitress was super friendly. Love the local spot!
