I really wanted to give this place another chance for dinner instead, after two disappointing breakfast visits when our food came much later than the others, but sadly, dinner was no better. We arrived at 5:30pm, ordered promptly, and only received our food at 6:30pm, and that is after reminding the waiters where was our food; while other tables who arrived after us were served before. It’s frustrating to feel overlooked, especially when we were clearly waiting. It left us wondering whether our order was delayed because we ordered alcoholic drinks; perhaps in hopes we’d keep spending more on drinks while we waited? Either way, this is not acceptable service. To add to the frustration, staff then expected us to vacate our table at 7:15pm, despite the delay in receiving our meal. That’s simply unreasonable and they have room for improvement to treat all customers equally.
Don’t think we will be coming back.

Thanks for your feedback. As you could notice when placing your booking, reservations go from 5:30 to 7:15PM. Restaurant was completely full by 5:30pm and despite our best effort to dispatch food the fast we could, there will be unfortunately waiting times associated with preparation. Nothing served at Lagune is pre cooked and most of the stuff made from scratch. On a large group like yours it would take slightly longer to get the orders and hence prepare it. If your food was handed over 6:30PM as stated, still there would be 45 min to enjoy it.
If if felt rushed, we apologise, since it wasn't our intention.
Once more we apologise if your dining experience at Lagune wasn't up to your expectations. Best of lucky elsewhere!!
