   I have been there 3 times. Always service at the table is excellent. Drinks also very good. Food is a disaster. Beef Wellington disaster.!We were advised that the crust was separate( so for us that is not a Beef Wellington… no side dish, so I requested a suchi I rice… not good at all. Also, the kind of people there were very bad dressed, even though, you requested a nice attire. Very low class people with no manners, for such a high end restaurant. So this is the last time I will come… I will stick with Vinus : a very nice place and food is excellent .

   It was a pleasant lunch - Diego and Diego did an outstanding job in explaining the menu and out of menu items of the day. My lady and I enjoyed it.

   The place is definitely one of the best places in Puerto Rico. It feels magical since you arrive.

   I made reservations ahead of time and specified we were celebrating a birthday. They sat us a few minutes after we arrived. The hostess were very friendly and asked if we were celebrating anything. I let her know it was my sister’s birthday and she told her Happy Birthday. Our waiter Miguel was very nice and suggested many yummy drinks and food. He asked if we were celebrating anything and I let him know it was my sister’s birthday. After we ordered my mom and I started to feel drips of water coming from the AC vent right above our table. The water kept dropping throughout our meal to the point where it caused a small puddle in between us and we had to move our seats further away so we wouldn’t keep getting wet. I pointed this out to our water and showed him the puddle. He did not offer to move us or accommodate the inconvenience in any manner and did not clean the puddle of water. At the end of the meal I had to ask him if he could please do something for my sister since the table next to us had a dessert with fireworks coming out of it for their birthday. He brought back a dessert with a candle but not the same spectacle he gave the other table. I was honestly very disappointed he did not give us the same quality service for celebrating as the other table given we had to sit through our meal at the edge of our table to avoid getting wet. Other than that amazing service. Wouldn’t return to be honest. I don’t know if it’s because my family is Hispanic and he was not expecting us to tip or something but we spend almost 600 dollars to get wet and be given a dessert with one small candle after witnessing the table next to us have a spectacular dessert with fireworks.

   Great atmosphere I advise anybody that’s comes here to sit at a high top table and watch the cooks prepare the sushi that’s an great experience just to watch. Overall the food was amazing. The waitress was amazing will come back for sure

   Everything was exceptional: from the food and its presentation to the cocktails, service, decor & ambience! We really enjoyed our night at lala and will absolutely come back next time we are in PR.

   I was really excited to go from friends review but they overhyped the place. Ordered a steak that cost over $75 and was really dry. The total tab for two without appetizers not dessert was almost $200 and i was not satisfied. I think the place is overpriced and the fuzz of it is that its “owned by bad bunny”.

    We enjoyed the caesar salad, the swordfish schnitzel, the half roasted chicken and the short rib tortellini special. All dishes were good. We sat in their outdoor section and had it to ourselves. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. My biggest reason for giving this lower stars is that it is at a mall. I didn’t realize it when I made the reservation and would not have requested outdoor seating where we dined right next to where the valet parks the cars in the huge mall parking lot. Its obvious the place is trendy and a place to be since lots of people there were in evening gowns but we just didnt get it. Its a good restaurant though and we enjoyed the food.
