We attended at the Hentley Farm Wine Dinner on Thursday 27/3/25....good cold beer upon arrival, private room set aside for the event. Great food and wine, with Jordan Gravestein - from Hentley Farm, Paul Dimattina and Marika Unger hosting the night. Highly Recommended.

Food was very nice as usual Find it a bit pricey Service was abrupt at best. The waitress was very curt and l felt we were stopping her from being somewhere else. A shame

Was extremely dissapointed overall when dining with friends and we all agreed we would not return, very sad as all off us had previously patronised this hotel/bistro for many many years for both lunches and private room special occasions. Some of the staff appeared inexperienced and dismissive. The food was very average and in particular the Spatchcock was not cooked properly and our feedback was entirely dismissed.

The food was good but the service was poor. The waiters were more interested in chatting to each other and seated relatives than serving guests. When they did make it to the table they were abrupt and disinterested.

Hi Shannon, Thanks for the feedback, and you are correct in what you are saying with the service last night and our sincere apologies. We in no way meant to be abrupt or appear disinterested. One of the staff members had her parents arrive from Italy and they hadn't seen them for over 12 months and i think we all lost our focus a little, myself included.
