    My experience at Laundry's was awful. It's has gotten overrated as I see why they have such low reviews. Our entire check was taken care of by the floor manager. That's how bad the service was. We waited over a hour for fried shrimp and fish,as if they forgot about us! Never AGAIN!!

    Very disappointing Christmas dinner! The service was slow. My wife ordered a steak and it was not cooked properly. Another one was brought out and it was not good, either. The manager came and tried to make it right and I ordered fish. I was finished eating by the time my wife got her food. It was good but she asked for broiled and it was brought out sautéed. We boxed it up, along with the desserts so we could just go. We had a similar experience the last time we visited Morton’s. Probably won’t dine with this group of restaurants again.

    Christmas night 2024 was busy as expected, only a few restaurants open on Christmas night. Servers were busy but working hard. Food arrived hot and tasked good.

    Dining at Landrys for Christmas was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and our server was personable and did a great job

    Excellent Christmas Dinner. Jason our waiter was a 10+. All wait staff “hustled” in serving their customers! The two Hostesses did seemed to be overwhelmed as customers entered for their reservation time made prior to entry. But overall a great Christmas Dinner experience.

    The food was delicious and fresh, very well-prepared. Service was outstanding!! Waiter was friendly and attentive, even though restaurant was busy. Outstanding meal!!

    Staff was clearly overwhelmed in spite of the dining room being a third full. After being seated by the harried host, we waited about 20-25 minutes with no waitstaff contact. Decided to cut our losses and leave. Had a lovely meal at Lombardo’s instead.

    Was a great Christmas experience. The food was good. Our waiter, David, was great and we really appreciate you guys working on Christmas day so others of us could come in and be served.
