The cuisine at Langdon Hall starts with looking out our kitchen windows. It is inspired by the seasons, wild produce growing in abundance on the property and the bounty of our kitchen gardens. Relationships have been built with our community farmers, foragers and artisans who hold similar beliefs of providing wholesome natural products that have been prepared with care and respect.

We create dishes with purpose, embraced with a story behind each relationship and provide a taste of the terroir of Langdon Hall. All the ingredients combined, create an experience like no other, so grand, so captivating that it is impossible to forget. As the seasons change, the menu changes to reflect the reaps of the harvest.

The Langdon Hall Grand Tasting Menu is a specially curated selection of dishes you won’t find on our à la carte menu. In honour of his 10th anniversary at Langdon Hall, The Grand Tasting Menu is Executive Chef Jason Bangerter's most elevated and exciting menu. Due to the nature of this menu, no substitutions or modifications can be made. The 9-course tasting menu is $295.00 + taxes and gratuities per person. Two wine pairing experiences are available alongside your tasting menu. Should you wish to enjoy a wine pairing with your meal, you will have the choice between The Globetrotter at $160.00 + taxes and gratuities per person, or World Classics at $300.00 + taxes and gratuities per person.

The staff was memorable. The food was well articulated and appealing. Well worth the costs! The flavours burst in your mouth, the lighting and ambiance was relaxing. The music was calm. It was nice to be able to dress nicely and enjoy fine dining.

Very lovely dining room. Each dish is beautifully presented, and it was delicious. Lovely view outside where we sat.

The staff and meal were out-of-this-world. Fantastic food and service - just incredible. The learning about wine from the Sommelier was incredible. Well done Jeff and Emily and staff. Congrats to the Chef. Wow!!

Decent, but very expensive. Short ribs were ok, but not as good as pot roast from M&Ms. Not sure how drinks can be 16-32 dollars, but ok. Nice property and glad we tried it, but next visit will be to Wilks there, as their apps and food are great. Very good detail in the dishes and presentation, worth trying different meals.

We have dined at Langdon Hall on several occasion’s. We always look forward to our stay at the hotel and experiencing a wonderful dinner. However last night was underwhelming. I started with the scallops which were good, probably the best part of our dinner. Then I had the chicken which I did not enjoy at all. Very bland, and even the presentation was not appealing at all. There is a certain level of flavor and overall experience when you dine at Langdon Hall and we felt this time we left disappointed. I will say our Sommelier was wonderful, she was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a great bottle of wine. We had a cocktail in the Wilkes bar after our dinner and the poor service continued. The drinks were great but no one came back to ask if we would like another drink or even check in with us. We finally had enough waiting so went up to the bar to ask for our bill so we could leave. The best part of our stay was walking the beautiful trails which we did prior to our dinner and again the next morning. That was wonderful. We opted not to have breakfast on site because we just didn’t want anymore disappointment. If we go back I would definitely check out the menu first before going. It’s too bad that what I expected as a special night for our anniversary left us both feeling disappointed.
