   This was our second time at this fabulous establishment. We drove from Snellville to Winder for this delectable, Latin Treat! The food is above the best outside of Florida. I know. I’m from South Florida. The service and drinks and ambience are always on point as well. Keep up the great work and vibe!!

   Had book a reservation well in advance, arrived on time and promptly ushered into the dining room… only to discover they did not have a table that would accommodate my group. Left awkwardly standing around while tables were pushed together. Food was good, as always.

   Had an 8pm reservation and didn't get seated until almost 8:45 after they seated 2 other tables of 4 people. They forgot about us even though we checked in at the front 2 times after we sat at the bar. Finally got seated and then didn't get as much as a glass of water by 9pm. No idea what the foods is like as we decided to leave and go to the Mexican restaurant down the street and spent less for the entire meal than I was planning on spending on a bottle of wine there.

   Terrible. Took 1 hour to receive first course which was a cold plate, took another hour to receive second coarse, a filet cooked incorrectly and had to wait another 15 minutes to be given a steak knife to eat it with. Absurd price gauging for a terrible experience. Paid $30 for reservations and money did not go towards the bill like we were told it would. Didn't even stay for the desert that I still had to pay for. Felt terrible for the waitress and the hostess both looked like they were completely overwhelmed and the manager was nowhere to be seen. $208 for a garbage steak at a steakhouse is unacceptable.

   We had reservations for Valentine's Day. We got in on time. They had a Pre-Fix menu, which was fine. Our server was one of the worst we've ever had. We never got our Champagne. It took way too long for the app to come out. We received our food way before the table next to us (same server). I felt bad for them as well. The food was way overpriced for what you received. The Sea Bass was tough.The steak was the best thing we had. There were barely any sides. Our server never checked to see if we needed refills. She had an excuse for everything. We will not return.

   We were not informed at the time of booking reservations that it would ve a prix fixe menu on Valentine's Day. Although we had reservations & we were there 15 minutes prior to, it took over an hour to seat us. We saw many diners leave when they were handed the prix fixe menu. They were apparently overbooked & understaffed because we barely saw our server & from the time we were seated to when our check came it was over 2 1/2 hours. Yes, we sat there for a long time waiting on a drink refill - we actually had to ask someone on staff other than our server. We've eaten at Latin Flavors numerous times & will return- when we are allowed the courtesy of ordering what we want off the menu & when they're not overbooked. It appeared their biggest concern was making max money - not providing a quality experience for the diners. Quite disappointing.

   Valentine’s Day 2025. There was a prix fixe menu for $95/person, which is considerably pricier than their typical fare. This menu was not communicated anywhere beforehand. The only choice to make was between beef or fish for the main course. Service was atrocious. Had to flag down server any time we needed something. Main course took 45 minutes from the time the appetizer was taken away. Seafood entree arrived cold and rubbery — disgusting. Dessert, which was clearly store bought, somehow took another 45 minutes from the time the mediocre mains were taken away. All in all, our dining experience took over 2 hours, and not by choice. I voiced my disappointment to the server, who only said that it was a busy night. Every customer was visibly frustrated as well. Don’t believe me? Check the Google reviews. Will not be back.

    Felt duped! Booked for anniversary dinner and was handed an “experience” menu for $95 per person. Did I accidentally opt for this? We decided to stay since it was a special occasion. First course was embarrassingly small. Main course was served cold and an hour and a half after we had arrived. Our waiter had no clue about serving etiquette as it was his third day on the job. He became flustered and said he was looking for “leadership” from other staff but they all seemed confused and flustered. We cannot recommend this place to anyone.
