   We love this place. I need to let others know though, this is not a restaurant you will be in and out of. Part of the greatness of Latitude 48 is that you are paying to sit and relax. Not just eat and leave as soon as possible. It's such a calm, quiet, relaxing place. The food is excellent and the staff are kind and know when to let you be and when to come ask if you need help. I cannot express this enough. THIS PLACE IS A 5 STAR RESTAURANT!!!!! My wife and I live 5 minutes down the road and make this a once a month trip :) 10 out of 5 stars!!!!!

   Restaurant Review: A Hidden Gem worth the drive Our initial impression of the lunch menu was that it seemed limited, but any doubts were quickly dispelled by the **superior quality of ingredients and flawless execution**. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef’s expertise and attention to detail. The lesson here? **Trust the chef**—even if the menu feels unfamiliar or pushes you slightly out of your comfort zone. Our waiter was an absolute delight, adding a personal touch to the meal by sharing the story of the owners’ aviation background. This narrative was reflected in the restaurant’s decor, menus, creating a unique and immersive atmosphere. The physical location is admittedly a bit **off the beaten path**, tucked away in a less-traveled area. However, every aspect of the experience—from the food to the service to the ambiance—was **nothing short of superior**. It’s no exaggeration to say this is one of the best restaurants in Western PA. As a tribute to the unforgettable experience, we’ve already decided to return for dinner, even though it’s a 50 minute drive for us.    We have dined around the world, Michelin stars, celebrity chefs, yadda, yadda, yadda. That said, this was the most perfect dining experience I can recall, MAYBE since an outing to Le Bernardin a decade ago - but different from that in every way. The space, the ambiance - exuding the warmth of a tavern - the quality of the directly sourced ingredients, the impeccable preparation (including PERFECT technique on some oft-challenging game meats) and most of all, the SERVICE, could not have been more perfect. Not stuffy, not pretentious - just down to earth people who know what they’re doing and what to do it with - letting the ingredients speak for themselves. Outstanding. And a special shout out to Johnny - host, waiter, bartender extraordinaire. Bravo!

   This was an outstanding “Diamond in the rough” find for us! This place was excellent but if you didn’t know it was there you might pass it. The service was great, the food was phenomenal and best of all it’s only 15 minutes from our home. One of the owners sat with us for a bit and told us how the place came to be. Very cool story. I will say it’s a little pricey but worth every penny.

   The drinks were terrific, the food was very good, and the atmosphere was wonderful. All in all it was a good experience. A bit overpriced.

   Our group had the crab bisque, bison filet, crab cake, and wagyu, and all were amazing! The service was also excellent, provided by Angel, who also made the tastiest peanut butter espresso martini after dinner.
