   This is the ultimate food and wine experience. It's the second time we've enjoyed the set menu with wine pairings. The price has gone up considerably which was a surprise but otherwise it was a fantastic dining experience.

   The most simple sounding dishes had the most complex flavours. Especially the scallop dish.

   Our meal was delicious and the presentation was amazing. Everything was a beautiful experience. The valet took good care of our vehicle and made us welcomed. We asked a staff member walking by, to point us in the direction of the restaurant but kindly escorted us. All the staff of the restaurant and hotel went over and above. The hotel is breathtaking inside with so much history. The dining room has a magic feel. The menu is limited but with intention. We picked the 2 different 4 course meal. It made the evening worry free with a perfect meal. Thank you château Frontenac! A bientôt

   Yes it is pricey. Yes it is formal. But it is worth every penny. Food is awesome, great variety, excellent service. Extremely good experience!

   I did the four course discovery meal with the wine pairing it was all a very nice experience! I would recommend it. It was not a lot of food and I did not go hungry but it was satiating. The wines were all good and paired well with the food I was eating. The view was incredible! I got to sit by the window by the water and it was beautiful. They played soft mostly jazz music which added to the nice ambiance

   Absolutely one of the best gastronomical experiences I’ve had in a long time. The wine pairing far exceeded expectations as each wine highlighted the flavours and enjoyment of each dish. Marc-Andre was outstanding as our waiter as were everyone else who presented and described every plate.
