Le Colonial is a celebration of seductive spirit and vivid flavors reminiscent of Saigon in the 1920s. With locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Lake Forest, Houston, and Naples, the famed Vietnamese restaurant is designed to capture a bygone era of sophistication and opulence. Celebrated restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King deliver exquisite attention to detail in the luxurious, classic, and romantic atmosphere of Delray’s lively beachfront town square. For special occasions, our private dining space provides a bespoke setting for unforgettable celebrations.

We politely ask that our guests return the favor by joining us sans any of the subsequent athleisure attire. No athletic wear or athletic attire, designer athletic lines of any kind and model, beach flip flops or any beach attire, athletic slides, tank tops (men), cut-offs, sweatpants, exposed undergarments and excessively revealing clothing for indoor and outdoor dining.

We have been here 4 times and enjoy out every time. The ambience is incredible, what a beautiful restaurant. Bronzino can be split four ways if you order enough selections. Chicken ravioli, chicken dumplings, yellow curry chicken, garlic noodles—all tasty and fab. One complaint— their wine pour has been reduced from 6 oz to 5 oz. It’s a rip off, why nickel and dime people at an expensive restaurant? Other than that we’ll be back.

Food, service and ambiance is always exceptional here. Katerina and management checked in on us multiple times to ensure that we are having all our needs met. Great experience!

We’ve eaten at this restaurant often. It is certainly one of our go-to restaurants. That said, not every evening is as good as our meal was last evening. If you know what to order, you will enjoy some very delicious food. It takes a bit of trial and error, however. The wait staff was firing on all cylinders!

We enjoyed a delicious cocktail in the beautiful bar before dining outside. The staff that greeted us, waited on us in the bar and while dining were all friendly and professional. The shaking beef and spring rolls did not disappoint! Oh—the ice cream was also enjoyed—I’d recommend pistachio and dark chocolate!
