Incredible overall experience. I LOVE this new hot spot in Cherry Creek. Gorgeous ambiance and incredible food and service. It's definitely my new go to and my guests were impressed too.

The entire experience was delightful. The restaurant is beautiful to look at. The weight staff is amazing. And the food was outstanding. I will definitely be returning.

Being from Miami I have been in search of an elevated experience in Denver and in walks le Colonial! A beautiful restaurant in the heart of Cherry Creek! The food was impeccable. Declan Nye has heartfully focused service training as service was excellent. Our server Heather was spot on, checking the kitchen to confirm information on a few dishes - as my daughter has a food allergy. The wine list was nicely manageable and the ambiance was elegant cozy with a modern vibe. I went 2x in a week, and will definitely bring family and friends back! Cheers to the entire FOH and BOH at le Colonial Denver.

It was our first time to le colonial, and we will be back. Excellent ambience, service, food, and top-notch cocktails made for an amazing experience.

This is an Outstanding new restaurant in Cherry Creek that may make you think that you are in an upscale restaurant in Hanoi during the Colonial time. Great food, service, and interior design. Two of us ordered 8 dishes (way over order) so that we could try more. A couple of dishes could be a bit less salty, but overall, every dish was tasty and presented beautifully. Dessert was delicious and exquisite. We will definitely be back…

Outstanding. The bar and lounge on Saturday night were packed. Delicious food… from the yummy beet salad to the perfect spring rolls as appetizers to the whole fish for main course. Forbidden City cocktail was a great start and the wine list while not massive pairs and complements the dishes. Main dining room was bright and calm, the lounge with reduced menu a perfect start. Service is on point, attentive and prompt. Love it!

We have been waiting for the opening of Le Colonial since last summer…the wait was worth it! Probably the most beautiful restaurant in Denver. A casual, French, genteel feeling of Galatoires in New Orleans and the French Colonial, Hotel Continental Saigon. Think wicker furniture, palm plants, crisp white linens and wonderful murals. Several seating areas to give it the more intimate dining experience, it is truly a magnificent, well done restaurant. The menu is well organized with numerous courses and many selections within each course. In true Vietnamese fashion, it is recommended you choose several courses, all of the selections are meant to be shared by 2-4 people. Only the Cha Gio rolls and the Suon Nuong pork ribs, are four pieces and just right for two, however, may not be enough for four. We found all dishes to be a little heavy in garlic. If you love garlic, you will be delighted, however, if you are garlic intolerant, you will have a hard time. The entire staff was pure Southern Hospitality, from the hostess stand to manager staff. The servers were well versed in the menu and were flawless in service. We enjoyed the Gha Gio shrimp and pork rolls served with the perfect sized lettuce cups to wrap the rolls with mint, peppers and dip in the fish sauce. The Suon Nuong Heritage pork ribs were outstanding, with Vietnamese dry rub, lemongrass, scallion oil and peanuts. The Sui Gao Chien dumplings with chicken, ginger, scallions and a black vinegar sauce were beautifully prepared. The next course was a Goi Ga Vietnamese chicken and grated cabbage salad with grapefruit, crispy shallots, peanuts and a sweet chili garlic vinaigrette, this salad would easily serve four, for a mid course of crunchy, spicy transition between appetizers and entrees. The entrees were Thit Heo Nuong, a grilled pork tomahawk, which actually looked like a TBone, sliced to be shared. In their other locations, this dish is lamb chops with the tomahawk ends.
