With locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Delray Beach, Houston, and Naples, the famed Vietnamese restaurant is designed to capture a bygone era of sophistication and opulence. Celebrated restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King deliver exquisite attention to detail in the luxurious, classic, and romantic atmosphere of Lake Forest’s lively Market Square District. I made reservation through opentable. When we got there, we've been told that we don't have a reservation, they could not find it and we have to wait 45 minutes. I showed a screenshot of it and all of a sudden, they found it in different day, so they said. They were able to sit us fimally, not in main dining room, on the terrace. It was not very nice experience after all that. The food and service were good. The way the restaurant handeled the situation with loosing our reservation, was simply disappointing. Not sure if I'll be going there again.

Had a 5 pm rez, hurried us through dinner, tried to clear plates as we were eating, thought the food was very over priced for what it was-no free birthday dessert either which is a little ridiculous given what you’re spending.

Our wait person was wonderful and added to the enjoyment of the food . I must express one bus person was too eager to clear our table . It seemed like she just wanted us to leave so she could go home or something. I sake for more crisps for our tar tar and you would think it was a mystery! All jn all it was a great dinner . Far from our first time there and we love love love this restaurant! WE WILL BE BACK!

Servers need to be better trained. Had difficulty opening our wine bottle . Also tried clearing the table twice before we were finished .

Really good food!! Get the Lychee Martini but ask for it spicy - unbelievable. Would give this place 5 stars but they sat us a wobbly table right next to the kitchen and hallway leading to the bathrooms aka a very high traffic area of the restaurant. Also the door to the patio kept swinging open and it got extremely drafty. The food and attentive service made up for this short coming but it was kind of laughable how terrible the seating was for such a “swanky” restaurant.
