Michelin-starred Le Jardinier is a unique and refined restaurant from Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli located in The Museum of Fine Arts Houston.

Rooted in timeless French approach, Chef Verzeroli has created a menu where plants play a prominent role: seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, and greens are complemented by wild and sustainable fish with local Texas meats. All our breads are gluten-free and baked in house.

Le Jardinier's light-filled space will evoke a feeling of relaxed-luxury and incorporate custom art pieces with outdoor dining set within an Isamu Noguchi-designed sculpture garden. In 2024, Le Jardinier was awarded one Michelin Star at Texas' Inaugural Michelin Guide.

Sad experience at Le Jardiner. Shocked after having been a handful of times. Service timing with pairings and dishes was a disaster. Team seemed stressed. Dish delivery with lackluster explanations. Fell short of expectations for sure given prior experiences here.

By far the best food I’ve ever tasted! My husband and I greatly enjoyed ourselves. Every single course was phenomenal, so fresh, and delicious!! We plan to return seasonally to try the menu. The only downside was that there were delays with bringing the plates out, so we were there for a total of 3 hours due to waiting for courses to be brought out. Fortunately for them, the wait was definitely worth it!

Great restaurant- the host, David is fantastic. Would recommend they not allow children - detracts from a fine dining experience.

Best dining experience of 2024! Food and its presentation stunning. As for the service, they catered to our every wish and surprised us with very sweet gestures.

We’ve always had an amazing experience here and were very excited to go back after they received the Michelin star here. Unfortunately we had to return both the cocktails. We were also unable to eat the steak as it was very chewy and had a burnt flavor. The staff and service was excellent as usual and they tried their best to fix both the issues for us. They didn’t even charge us for the steak and drinks at the end which we appreciate. We will be going back as we love the ambience and in the past have enjoyed the food. Hoping it was just a one time thing.

Great hospitality and fantadtic meal. Andres the somm was wonderful as was our server Fleming. Looking forward to returning for next seasons menu!

Thurston and the team really know how to make an evening special. From start to finish; perfection. Thank you for the incredible food, service, and attention to detail. Looking forward to a future of memories created at Le jardinier.

I booked this restaurant around 6 weeks ago. On arrival ( at my booking time) they didnt have availability in the dining room unless i waited at the bar. Alternative was a lounge seat which is like half a sofa. I was disappointed and we left. In my opinion all aspects of a Michelin restaurant should excel , not just the food. The Manager did come out as I waited for my valet car to be returned but at that point I was done with this place.

We recently visited Le Jardinier in Houston to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant is nestled inside the Museum of Fine Art in Houston and is small and private. It is a perfectly cozy and beautiful space. We selected the chef's 5 course dining along with the wine pairing and it was perfect. Our servers were excellent and knowledgeable with both the food and the wine. The sommelier is attentive and shared fun information regarding the different varieties of champagne and wines throughout the meal. overall, was a delightful experience and Houston is so lucky to have some Michelin star restaurants!
