Nestled in the heart of Sydney CBD, Le Petit Flot offers a rustic French dining experience.
Driven by our philosophy of serving straight-forward and honest food, Le Petit Flot serves flavoursome French cuisine with a Japanese flare using seasonal ingredients and accompanied with quick and friendly casual service.

Our chefs aren’t shy about doing as little as possible to let the fresh produce take on the starring role.

We believe that a great meal is not only about the food, wine and service but a great meal is a journey and the journey does not begin here at Le Petit Flot, but from the local farmers and suppliers that we collaborate with.

Good quality food and wine. Service was very good and quick. Restaurant and facilities were clean and well looked after.

Food not bad .. average. Friday night and restaurant pretty much empty Worst thing was that the restaurant closed at 8.30pm!!!! We were told this half way through the main course and at about 8:20pm…. Unbelievable. So much for making Sydney’s night life a bit more exciting.

Good central location in the CBD close to Circular Quay and a number of the Best hotels Restaurant was very quiet so lacked atmosphere -not the fault of the restaurant Staff nevertheless very amenable

Great service and food was traditional Spanish. There was not many people in the restaurant, but if it was crowded then it would become bery noisy.

Lovely quiet place to have a nice meal with a conversation when you don’t have to strain to hear each-other. The food was excellent (we had zucchini flowers, lamb and duck and mixed greens for side), just the right portions too, nicely presented. The glass of rose was also delicious. All very reasonably priced, in fact considerably cheaper than elsewhere we have been for a pre-shaw dinner. The service was unpretentious yet attentive and prompt. Thank you!

We often go to this restaurant for work lunches. The food is always reliable, and they have a small but good wine selection. Good value for money.

The food here is excellent, and the wine list is small but filled with good-value decent wines. I’ve eaten here about 5 times, and am always amazed that it’s not terribly busy. I guess because it’s upstairs inside the Tank Stream Hotel, so invisible to passers-by. I’ve tasted the pork belly, beef cheeks, steak tartare, duck and scallops. They are all above-standard and in the $30 price range. Highly recommended.
