Fantastic new year’s eve! We absolutely adored the mushroom soup and the butternut squash ravioli. The entree was amazing; the filet mignon melted like butter, and the sauces complimented it well. The jumbo tiger prawns were tasty but could have used a small dish of clarified butter on the side for dipping. The amuse-bouche of ahi tuna tartar was executed with care, and the pastry it was served on was buttery and so flaky. The salad surprised me! More duck breast than salad, it stood out among the courses. I have never had duck (let alone duck served cold and shaved thin), but the orange chestnut puree with the peppery leafy greens was a perfect way to enjoy it. The berry compote added colour to the plate. It was stunning. Dessert was elevated with complex flavours. The midnight toast and live entertainment (Mark) were enjoyable! Service was great and my drinks were kept up with. We ended the night by heading up to one of the hotel rooms and found it just as lovely. Highly recommend!

I was so disappointed and offended. The entire buffet was sad, dismal, and offensive. It was a shameful utter rip off. The food was old looking, old tasting, cold, over cooked, and utterly pathetic. It presented and tasted like left overs. Nothing was at a temperature that was enjoyable, or even edible. Absolutely foul. If the health inspector had walked in the entire operation would of been closed down. Thanks Legacy for ruining my Xmas.

The Buffet offerings, food quality and presentation were very poor. Not good value for money at all. We all are very disappointed. Will not be going back.

We have done the Christmas brunch at Legacy for the past two years and it has never failed to satisfy. Our server even remembered us from last year! They are so friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the restaurant, management and employees for their service and time on Christmas Day!

Food was amazing. Drinks are great so Slow. Took almost an hour for our bill ( mind you it was a group of 16 but she didn't ask how the bills were to be divided in the beginning so we literally had to tell her what we ordered again so she could divide it). Our group was divided into 2 tables which was awkward considering a table near us had a seating for 16 no problem. I feel the restaurant lacks senior service staff that could coach new/current to the level of expectation for this high price point. This could be the best dinner service in Sarnia with a little more attention to detail by management.

We had our staff party there (7 people) I was the 1st time for most of us. The food was incredible. The temperature was great and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Service was a bit slow and our server wasn’t around a lot. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the night

Our party of four each had a different meal and all were spectacular. Presentation and taste were exceptional. Our servers were so professional and competent despite the very busy evening with large groups present. We all had a very enjoyable experience.
