    Legal C bar is usually perfect every time I visit for dinner. This time the service was dismal. My friend and I waited a solid twelve minutes before the waitress came to our table. We had to ask the manager to bring her over to take our drink order. Disappointing and hopefully this is a one off!

    Our server was amazing. Attentive but not over baring. Food came fast and hot and delicious every single person said! Great job!

    Food was not good. Cleaning all around us with chemicals. Oysters were scrambled. We just got a glass of wine and left due to the horrible ambiance and inedible oysters, went elsewhere for mains.

    Terrible experience. Made a reservation well I. Advance with a booth request noted. Got such attitude when we didn’t want to sit on a bench upstairs and requested a booth like our reservation was noted. After placing our order 20 minutes prior, our waiter came to confirm the order again. 45 minutes prior later salad with grilled chicken with dressing on side still didn’t come. Asked rude manager to check on it. 10 minutes prior later, it came covered in dressing. The manager was so rude. Will never go back. Ended up leaving without eating.

    Expensive octopus appetizer was burnt which was not good. Had it a number of times which was not burned and quite good.

    Of course, the chowder was delicious and we went home with 8 bowls to freeze. Yum!

    Lov d the $1.00 clam chowder promotion. Service fell off after we’d eaten….took forever for server to bring check and come back for credit card. I had to go looking for her! Food service had been fine till then. Food as good as we remembered it.

    My husband enjoyed his sushi but I was disappointed by the bowl of lobster bisque I ordered. I love their clam chowder so decided to try the lobster bisque. Next time I will stick with the clam chowder.

    The lobster taik was prepared poorly. Overcooked znd poor quality. Very dissapointing.
