                                                                                  Service was poor. Our server seem to be unorganized and forgetful. Our drinks didn’t come out until after our meal. But that’s after I asked him the ETA on our drinks. We watched a table come in after us and receive bread and drinks before we did. When my dirty martini finally came out it came out, it came out with no olives. I mentioned it to the server and he came back with my olive juice in my drink instead of olives. At this point I was almost done with my meal and just told him to take it back.

                                                                                  First and foremost, our waitress Natalie was just incredible. She herself is 5 stars all across. Now to the rest of the subpar experience. My two birthday guests and I showed up, for our reservation that was made and confirmed. Although we know preferences are just that, but to even specifically request not to be put at a table in the middle of the restaurant (surrounded by others) and not near the front door— that is exactly where we were sat. There was an entire wall of private, cozy, warm booth seating, completely empty. We arrived at 6:35 for our 6:45 reservation. Promptly sat at the exact table we requested to please not be sat at, for multiple reasons, not least of which to celebrate the two special birthdays of my two married friends. Nick, the manager came by and that’s when I asked about our reservation. He proceeded to tell me all about the private party rooms (which have nothing to do with us) and ignored the full wall of private booth seating, so I specifically asked him about it. By this point we’re about an hour into our dinner. He said the other tables were already reserved. This seemed odd because yes, we had reservations as well, specifically requesting that seating as well. He then proceeded to another excuse that they must have been cancellations. So in 2 hours, I’m expected to believe that 6 tables (maybe more?) were all cancelled reservations for an entire 2 hours? Likely not, his dismissive attitude after simply asking, since no courtesy was extended to explain the seating we were being brought to, was just ridiculous. Insult to injury. Onto the food. Lobster fettuccini and chicken milanese. The fettuccini was dried up despite requesting extra cream sauce, the lobster was overcooked, then the chicken was overcooked and just smothered in sauce, which still didn’t help it. Drinks- my friends enjoyed their beer and wine, both from bottles, not difficult, but they couldn’t make a decent dirty martini. In short- Never again.

                                                                                  Went for a date night, prior to a concert. Service was excellent, our waitress was on her game. Drinks were well made. Meatball appetizer was excellent. Ordered the lasagna and clams. Both dishes were good. Will be definitely be back at some point to see what else they have to offer.

                                                                                  Food was outstanding! Service was excellent - Karen was gracious, knowledgeable and perfect! Wine was very good but a bit overpriced. Totally enjoyed the evening.
