It is difficult to define exactly what l’Gueuleton means but the words ‘feast’, ‘food’, ‘family’, ‘friends’ and of course ‘wine’ help us to understand a concept that is inherently French. Since 2004 l’Gueuleton has served French Bistro cuisine at its finest. Combining quality Irish produce with French flair, l’Gueuleton offers a fantastic menu, matched with a perfectly balanced selection of wines.

Situated on the ground floor of the old Fade Street Tenements l’Gueuleton is a combination of exposed red brick walls, industrial beams, copper ceilings and wood floors.

6 of us were there for breakfast on New Year's Eve at 11.00am - It is a lovely setting and the French music added to the ambience. Excellent value with very generous portions. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service provided by our waitress, nice atmosphere, central location, okay food, normal prices. Unfortunately we came on the day with Christmas menu only, so it wasn’t much choice and food was like mass production, but after all we were not disappointed, it was okay. Nothing special, but nothing bad.
