Sister to Chef Geoff’s, Lia’s is an Italian-ish neighborhood gem featuring housemade pasta, handcrafted using old world technique, with a modern twist, alongside a broad and delicious selection of steak, seafood, salad and pizza.     Fabulous foods, Fabulous staff--Wonderful vibe. What is especially appreciated was no loud music which seems unavoidable in every DC restaurant no matter the type or demographic. Love this restaurant and I ma so lucy to live near it.

    We had our Thanksgiving dinner at Lia’s. Al of the staff went out of their way to be pleasant and friendly. We sat in the bar and Britney was our server. She was great! The food was delicious, as usual.

    We are frequent patrons of Lia's and have been going there on Thanksgiving for many years, including during the pandemic when we did the carryout meal. Obviously we are pleased or we would not keep returning. While we have had the roasted turkey meal, we especially appreciate that the menu includes options for the main course. Our server, Carlos, was excellent as were those assisting him.

    I discovered Lia's this year and it has become my go-to place. Good food, good service, nice ambiance (although last night it was filled to capacity and it was a little too loud, next time I will ask for a back table). I love the place!

    Everything was perfect for my birthday celebration. The waiter was perfect--attentive, patient, and helpful in every way. Combine that with delicious food that we were able to share, and you have a great luncheon treat.

    Our visit couldn’t have been more wonderful! Brittany was our server and managed to multitask between her duties behind the bar and making sure that we were comfortable at all points in the evening.
