Located on the Chesapeake Bay at the base of the Bay Bridge, Libbey's Coastal Kitchen + Cocktails is the perfect place to enjoy breathtaking views, gorgeous sunsets , fresh local seafood and hand crafted cocktails. Unfortunately, we do not take reservations for any of the outdoor seating. If tables are available when you arrive, we will be happy to seat you outside. While pets are allowed when the Below Deck area is open, we only allow SERVICE ANIMALS ( not pets or support) in the upstairs spaces.

Scallop and calamari appetizer was delicious! Also, had the best Maryland vegetable crab soup I’ve found. We are out at numerous restaurants weekly and think this was the best yet! Also, the strawberry shortcake cake was delicious. Looking forward to having Mocktails as a staple on the menu!

Had a wonderful Ceasar Salad with Salmon for lunch there on a busy Sunday. They were crowded but our service was excellent and the food showed up relatively quickly.

We had the restaurant week complete meal for $35, my wife had the crab cake and I had the port skirt steak plus shrimp. Both were very good. View and table as well as service were very good as well. Very satisfied with entire experience!

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. We were in between lunch and dinner so the crowd was minimal and as a result the noise level was excellent. Wait staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with food selection. Will definitely be back.

Lovely views is the bay, very warm and welcoming wait staff and a fantastic fish and chips. We had a lovely evening and would have stayed longer to have desert if we had the time.

Greeted warmly and seated quickly (had a reservation). Waitress was so friendly, provided great information about the menu, and timed everything perfectly. Food was SO good. We usually leave a restaurant with a take home box, but not this time- it was too good to resist. Wedge salad, was very crisp and crab cakes, scallops and shrimp were cooked perfectly, with citrus butter sauce as the perfect complement. Fun ambiance. We will definitely be back to Libbeys!

Unfortunately, the oysters few so small, they shouldn’t have been served. The crab cake platter vegetables were not cooked, warm and hard. The old bay crab cake left an aftertaste in one’s mouth. Disappointing night unfortunately.

Haven’t been here since it was Hemingways years ago. It was a great place to take our out of town guest for a wonderful dinner with a lovely view. Get the Land and Sea. Trust.
