Excellent! Great food, service, and ambiance. Empanadas were delicious. Filet mignon was delicious. I will be making the 7 hour drive to eat here again soon!

Service was extremely slow today - last time we went, the server's helper was coming around every 10-15 minutes to get us water, even if we were only halfway done with our water. This time we got 1 refill the whole time we were there. We had finished our dinner and it took 20 minutes for them to come and even ask if we wanted dessert, then another 10 to ask what dessert we wanted. There were so few tables being served when we were there, it shouldn't have taken very long to have the assistant come around and get water or check on us, but we never got that. we had SUCH a good time and such a sweetheart of a waiter, I can’t remember her name. I got the Ojo ribeye and the creamed corn and every taste was an explosion.

Me and my wife dinned here last night, walked in and felt completely out of please( we are not fancy people) But it was a beautiful restaurant, and my man Johnathan is absolutely amazing give that man a raise! The cooks in the back did an outstanding job and who ever made our drinks is a beautiful soul! Just a complete over all amazing experience between the service, food, drinks and atmosphere. I would love to recommend to everyone I know but am going to keep the beautiful gem to myself. A shame I am only limited to giving 5 stars.

As much as I love great Ribeye steak (and Libertango grills a great Ribeye), my favorite steak here is the Vacio (Flank) — such an underrated cut. It’s so flavorful, tender, and juicy. If you’re a fan of a Filet Mignon, consider making the Vacio at Libertango your new go-to. And I love that Libertango lets the natural steak flavor to shine through by seasoning their steaks with just salt. Also, the side dishes I highly recommend are the Pure de Manzana, Crema de Maiz, Arroz con Queso, Parillada de Vegetales, and Farofa. And I wouldn’t be doing justice if I forgot to mention the starters. Get the Grilled Pork Belly and Provoletta. The wine selection is thorough, a wide variety without being too overwhelming. Stick to the Argentinian Reds and you’ll have great pairings with almost everything on the menu. But ultimately, I I’m a whiskey kinda guy. And their bartender, Christian, makes the best whiskey-based drinks — consider a Smoked Old-Fashioned, Sazerac, or Whiskey Sour. The servers are very knowledgeable and the assistants are attentive. Their atmosphere is high-class but unpretentious. The local family-owned feel is apparent. Go with an open mind and save room for dessert, even if that means taking something home. 5/5 stars all around!

Ihave been before, the food today was not as good. the provoletta cheese was serve in small cold portions...and the morcilla was smash...By other hand the smoke of the restaurant today was high....
