Liberty Station, an American tavern and smokehouse is open daily for lunch and dinner. Liberty Station serves American comfort food and BBQ with regional touches, including several nods to the Keeler family’s Boston roots. The bar at Liberty Station offers vintage cocktails created in a very classic style, and local craft beers, plus a wide array of wine options.
Acclaimed Executive Chef Anthony Apolinar heads the kitchen. Chef has created a menu that includes creative “shareable” appetizers, pasta and salads. Entrees feature fresh seafood, steaks and chops. Liberty Station smokes many of their high quality meats on a custom made smoker, prominently displayed on the west side patio of the restaurant.

My husband and I went to Liberty Station last night in Market Street because I USUALLY like the pulled pork and shrimp tacos, my husband had chicken wings. The tacos have gotten even smaller and the pulled pork was so dry I could hardly chew it, and rather than bar b q sauce the put chopped tomatoes on it that made them so wet that the tortillas that we so tiny and thin fell apart and I couldn’t even pick the last one up! My husband had his usual wings but they were way over done! On a good note, the service was good and fast and the staff was very friendly’

The soup starter was delicious! It was exceeded only by the outstanding shrimp tacos. My husband devoted his cod tacos. No doubt we will enjoy Liberty Station again and again!

Service great, food fell very short. Burger lacked flavor, Caesar salads were typical dressing from a container as were the croutons… not a place i will need to return to with all of the options out there

My Steak Frites was exceptional. The other diners ordered brisket related entrees. Theirs was a little dry. I would return. It was a fun place to dine.

Great service! We celebrated a birthday and had a nice table where we could all have a conversation. The brisket and tater tots were tasty!

Ordered a Diet Coke , got a flat one , no CO2, ordered the tots and Brussel sprouts , the tots were heavy , thick grease balls. No flavor at all BORING , The sprouts were ok. I ordered the bbq brisket sandwich, I got a teaspoon of bbq sauce on the bun, none on the brisket, I asked for a side of bbq , was expecting bbq since it’s called bbq brisket sandwich, the meat was fatty and oily , I can’t get the taste of fat and grease out of my mouth. My friends had fish and chips and shrimp poor boy , they loved theirs. Very disappointed in my meal , definitely won’t return, Server was fabulous though. First and last time there.
