Liberty Station, an American tavern and smokehouse is open daily for lunch and dinner. Liberty Station serves American comfort food and BBQ with regional touches, including several nods to the Keeler family’s Boston roots. The bar at Liberty Station offers vintage cocktails created in a very classic style, and local craft beers, plus a wide array of wine options.
Acclaimed Executive Chef Anthony Apolinar heads the kitchen. Chef has created a menu that includes creative “shareable” appetizers, pasta and salads. Entrees feature fresh seafood, steaks and chops. Liberty Station smokes many of their high quality meats on a custom made smoker, prominently displayed on the west side patio of the restaurant.

We had a bad experience about three months ago and sent a response and never got a response back. Last night out dinner was barely okay from a quality standpoint. Service was fine

                                                                                                We dined here for Thanksgiving. We chose this restaurant because we assumed they were serving their usual menu in addition to a traditional thanksgiving meal. Upon being seated we learned that we assumed incorrectly as they were only offering a thanksgiving menu and not their usual menu. The manager came over and explained that it would be too chaotic for the kitchen to offer both menus. In the future it would be helpful if they would let guests know (at the time of making their reservation) that the usual menu won’t be available. The firecracker shrimp, clam chowder, bisque, brisket, and desserts were a hit. The turkey dinner was served with both dark and white meat, however, the dark was unusually dry. I didn’t care for the stuffing, however, the mashed potatoes and green beans were excellent. One of us ordered the side of mac & cheese, however none of us cared for it. According to our server, it’s made with green chile. Our server was pleasant and attentive.

                                                                                                My husband and I went to Liberty Station last night in Market Street because I USUALLY like the pulled pork and shrimp tacos, my husband had chicken wings. The tacos have gotten even smaller and the pulled pork was so dry I could hardly chew it, and rather than bar b q sauce the put chopped tomatoes on it that made them so wet that the tortillas that we so tiny and thin fell apart and I couldn’t even pick the last one up! My husband had his usual wings but they were way over done! On a good note, the service was good and fast and the staff was very friendly’

                                                                                                The soup starter was delicious! It was exceeded only by the outstanding shrimp tacos. My husband devoted his cod tacos. No doubt we will enjoy Liberty Station again and again!

Burger lacked flavor, Caesar salads were typical dressing from a container as were the croutons… not a place i will need to return to with all of the options out there

                                                                                                My Steak Frites was exceptional. The other diners ordered brisket related entrees. Theirs was a little dry. I would return. It was a fun place to dine.
