                                                            Our waitress was terrible. She showed no customer care, every ask was like a chore. She dropped food in a water glass, didn’t bring a new one. Not a smile, not any engagement to enhance the experience. The restaurant is always solid with food and service. This was the first time I ever felt bad about being there, like it was an inconvenience.
