Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Toast with wines that take you on a journey around the world. Celebrate the island life with ice-cold local beers and sip creative cocktails made with authentic Peruvian liqueur. Enjoy our air-conditioned dining room or terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of Oranjestad's marina at Harbour House.

Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

    Assolutamente un posto che bisogna provare se sei ad Aruba. Il mangiare era eccellente, la carta dei vini molto interessante con delle eccellenze a prezzi onesti. Sulla terrazza mancano dei ventilatori e così diventa troppo caldo per mangiare, l’ambiente (arredo) non rispecchia il locale. Comunque grazie mille per la bella serata.

    One of the best dining experiences. The fish was fresh and perfect, the short ribs and steak amazing. All the flavors were delicious. Now One of my favorite restaurants !

    The service was poor and the food was slightly over seasoned. The waitress was unfriendly and seemed annoyed being there. The presentation of the food was nice.

    Great food and ambiance! Second time going here in a row and we enjoyed this family friendly place. Fantastic drinks. Authentic Peruvian food with a twist.

    The food quality was amazing. We loved the tuna, octopus and short ribs. However, the service was so poor that we didn’t have the best overall experience. We ordered a round of drinks right before our meal arrived and they didn’t come until 15 minutes AFTER we finished our meal. We felt then the waitress forgot about us completely. We waited 45 minutes until a manager came over and said I see you all are empty and waiting, can I help you? We informed her we had been waiting 45 mins to even be asked if we needed anything else or a check. The manager took a few drinks off the bill and apologized but when the waitress returned to settle up she mentioned nothing and seemed annoyed. Would not expect this poor service from a restaurant that is supposedly one of the best in Aruba. Food was so good though we landed in the middle at 3 stars.

    We recently dined at Lima Bistro and had a mixed experience. The Tuna Tartare and scallops were delicious, with the scallops being a standout. Unfortunately, the main courses were disappointing. The Lamb Shank was served cold, and it took some time to receive it back. The Lomo Saltado was overly saucy, which detracted from the dish. This was the first time we felt the food didn’t meet Lima Bistro’s usual high standards. However, the Manager, who was unaware of the situation, was very kind, open to feedback, and sincerely apologetic. Her professionalism left a positive impression, and we’re looking forward to giving Lima Bistro another chance in the near future..
