We celebrated our daughter’s birthday dinner here last night. The food was delicious!!! The service was excellent. We will dine here again soon!

The staff was extremely accommodating to our party of seven, having lunch to celebrate my dad’s 95rh birthday. The three course lunch was perfect; the courses were varied, tasty, nicely sized and beautifully presented. Our waiter, George, was patient and helpful. We’re never felt rushed or pressured to finish lunch and turn over the table. Bottom line is Limani Grille’s prix-fix lunch is a worth enjoying and we will be back (and probably for the three course pre-fix dinner). Five stars!!!!!

Ironically my son and I had an intensive conversation about last night's meal. I was so hoping to make this one of our go-to restaurants instead of driving into Roslyn to go to Kyma. My son was afraid to hurt my feelings but I make it clear to him that I wanted his honest opinion. He told me how he felt about the short rib dish and when he heard how I felt, he goes, "why didn't you send it back "? It was chewy with no flavor. Hendricks in Roslyn outdoes Limani's dish 50x over. I just wasn't I. The mood to return the dish and wait for anothereal to be prepared. The fried eggplant and zucchini chips were good. The grilled octopus was great. The fried calamari was good too. Sadly, my daughter's beet dish was dad Why you ask. They threw Arugula on top to make it look fancy. Beneath it was about 5/6 pieces of beets with several slices of cucumber. At Kyma in Roslyn, you get an abundance of a plateful of beets. Limani was worse than a weight watcher's portion. Disgusting. The grilled shrimp. Even my husband said, BLAND, NO FLAVOR. I truly hope that the owner and chef read this and go back to the drawing board and redo some of his recipes and redo the amount that he puts on the dish. P.S. my son mentioned to me this morning how they just plopped a chopped piece on my plate. I wanted the orzo and feta on a separate plate. They should have put some type of garnish on the bottom or surrounding it to make it look nice. I'm looking forward to going back to Kyma in Roslyn. I was sadly disappointed last night. P.S. it was my daughter's birthday dinner. I was really excited taking my kids here for their first time.

They did a beautiful job in updating this building from the old Bonwitt Inn to the new Limani Grille. The atmosphere is excellent and the bartender, Stacy was excellent! We very much enjoyed the food and drinks and will most likely return.

This was our second visit and it won't be our last! The prix-fix was a good value if you can get there during the week. Our waiter served my dessert with a birthday candle, which was a nice touch. Thank you!
