    The service was fantastic! Unfortunately the place was very very noisy And we strained to hear each other talk. They tell me that new management is coming in and we very much hope they will put in carpets and acoustical tile so that we can enjoy this place much more.

    Very good service. There is nothing special about the ambiance, excepting the beautiful city view. The tables could have used a flower, or greenery and a placemat. Maybe you’d call it contemporary ( stark) casual. The spacing of tables is good, lighting was soft. Pricey for what you get. No garnish on plates, $16 for an order of Parker house rolls. Food was not very hot when it arrived ( except for French fries). It was cool area by windows, I guess to be expected for fabulous city view. Overall pleasant but by no means outstanding.

    Great wait staff, everything was great, they need to warn people about the hot dipping sauce served with rock fish appetizer. My wife was OK after about a gallon of ice water!

    Wonderful venue for family holiday luncheon! Excellent service and good quality food. Waitress was amazing - efficient and considerate- took family photos for us

    The fried chicken was done to perfection. It was moist inside with a crispy coating on the outside. The Parker rolls were delicious and the gem salad made the meal complete. We shared everything because the serving size was quite generous. Highly recommended but make sure you have a reservation.

    Being the holidays it was very busy and noisy and the staff was spread pretty thin making the service a bit slow but it was still good. I have eaten a number of times at this restaurant and this time I was shocked at how expensive everything was. Everything from the drinks to the appetizers and food were, in my opinion, way overpriced. I can get much better value at other restaurants and get as good or better food. Granted the Claremont offers great views that are hard to beat but it still didn't justify the the exorbitant prices.
