    The Oakland Bramble cocktail was delicious. The service was impeccable. It was a bit cold inside the restaurant. My Spanish tortilla could have been warmer. My husband was pleased his burger was delicious and fries fresh and portion large! The panna cotta for dessert was delicious.

    Food good but not great. Service a bit spotty… felt rushed to order, so started with drinks. Got my husband’s wrong. Then waited awhile to order. Also, when we made the reservation we were asked and we noted that it was a birthday… but that was never acknowledged.

    New Year’s Eve was nuts. The restaurant seemed to be short staffed. We had reservations at 7:30 thinking most people would eat around 8:30 or later. It took an hour for our first course to come out. While we thought we had to be done with our meal within an hour and a half for the next sitting. We finished around 10:30- 10:45. It was extremely long. We ordered as soon as we could because of how busy they were. We were expecting linens/ fine dining however no linens and sort of an eclectic menu. We had the fixed menu. While the food was good, the courses had a lot of different flavors and I ended up with a stomach ache. I question about the healthy aspect of the menu as well. A few meats were fried, no salad was part of the fixed menu. Since I am allergic to red meat it would be nice to have a bigger selection of choices. Note: I did like the dessert, chocolate mousse with gram crackers and sliced almonds. Wine bottle we selected was great, but pricey.

    This has become our go to spot for celebrations. Always great food and fabulous service and the views of the Bay outstanding!

    The menu hasn’t changed in over two years, the food is bland, and only the burgers stand out. Everything else disappoints.

    All of our Brunch dishes (party of 5) were tasty. Oysters were very fresh. Be prepared for a hefty bill when dining here. Server was good but somewhat overextended because it was crowded. Good spot for a special occasion but wouldn't make a habit of dining here.

    Under staffed on Christmas for dinner. Slow service, some food items were not that usual flair (stake potatoes undercooked) new item gumbo was flavorless. Was given a couple items free because of service issues.

    The total experience use to be much better. The restaurant is a bit worn...chairs need to be reupholsted, a table for 2 is ridiculously small and the food seems to have been down graded. When there for Christmas dinner but will not return. The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful view but there needs to be an upgrade.
