                                                                                              Love the location and the history of this restaurant. Last night the food was excellent but the service was poor. Poor service puts a negative spin on the evening. We had to wait forever to order drinks(then they came one or two at a time for a party of six). Waited forever to order, again big delays in food and drinks. Three hours from the time we sat down until we left.

                                                                                              I came back specifically for the chicken and leek pie, and it did not disappoint. Very happy to be introduced to the mushroom toast appetizer which was fantastic! Molly, our server, was delightful!

                                                                                              Girls' Weekend in Lititz! Compliments to the chef - our meals and dessert were delicious. Our server also did an outstanding job. When I made the reservation at Lititz Spring Inn, I reserved for the dining room because I wanted to have a nice dinner with my sister, nieces, and friend. I didn't want to go to the Bulls Head Public House because I figured it would be noisy as it is a pub. Unfortunately, our table in the dining room was right next to a bar which was very, very loud. This was what I was hoping to avoid by reserving the dining room. We could hardly hear each other for most of the evening. Not the atmosphere I was anticipating. It is a shame that there isn't a door between the bar and dining room.

                                                                                              Once drinks were served incorrectly we ask for a remake and the service went down hill from there. Waiter Andrew was horrible. Few places in this area. Best for lunch as they can mange that better.

                                                                                              We were out on a rainy Tuesday evening; it was cozy with just ourselves most of the time in the back hightop bar area. Food was perfect. New smoked haddock and prawn chowder was amazing. Crusted flounder very tasty. Meredith was our bartender and server; she was delightful. We are locals and very spoiled to have the Springs and Bullshead in our back yard!

                                                                                              We had a reservation for 7:00 pm. We arrived at 7:05 pm. We were told people at our table had not left our table. We waited about 15 minutes while other people who just arrived were seated. Meanwhile there is a table for two empty, the entire time we sat there and even after we were seated. When we were seated, we waited aprox 10 minute for the waitress to come to our table. We ordered drinks and our entree at the same time, I ordered Ice tea and my wife ordered a glass of wine. Tea came immediately, we waited about another 10 minutes and I called our waitress over and asked if the wine may be ready, She said maybe I will check. She came back with the wine just as our food arrived. My wife ordered a Fishermans pie. They brought Shepherds pie instead, when we told the waitress she said I will go and scold the kitchen. Food was good. However they need some customer service.
