Excellent food. Made fresh. Unassuming and very relaxed restaurant. Unassuming. Servers were all quite friendly. BYOB makes eating here a real bargain. High-quality food at a low to moderate price.

Disappointed by my dining experience at Little Village Cafe. When I arrived there was only one other dining party seated in the restaurant - so it was not at all busy. I was seated and provided water and a menu, but by the time I ordered I was so put off by the slow service being shown to the other diners and spa/sleepy music and eerie quiet in the restaurant that I ordered almost my entire meal to go. The restaurant was so quiet and combined with the slow piano music I’m not sure if the kitchen staff had fallen asleep themselves. I ordered an appetizer for dine-in and the rest of the meal for carry-out. The calamari appetizer is the worst calamari I have ever had - very rubbery w/ the breading falling right off - I did not finish it. After an extended wait, I received my carryout and headed home. I ordered pad thai and fried rice with spice level one (out of three) so I was very disappointed to find my lips burning and stinging from spices when I ate later on at home. Based on my dining experience I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Was surprised that Little Village “Turkish” changed cuisine to “Thai”. None the less, service and food were great. Good sized portions. BYOB. Definitely will be back. Great for those attending a movie at the Century Landmark Theater, shopping or just sightseeing in Lakeview

The Little Village Cafe was absolutely fabulous!!!! It is new, and I had never been there before. What a surprise! I shared the chicken kabab dinner with a friend, and highly recommend this! The portion was huge, and chicken plus more out of this world! The home made yoghurt was amazing, as well! I highly recommend the Little Village Cafe!!!

We just found this new neighborhood place and loved it! So cute and food is really, really good. Great quality and fresh. Cool little casual spot with a few outdoor tables. We didn't realize it was BYO so had to run to grab a bottle of wine. But would highly recommend.

We all had breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their food. A Mediterranean breakfast for two was excellent value and delicious. I had the lemon shrimp benedict. They should have removed the tails the hollandaise could use more lemon but that is my preference. We will be back.
