Living Foods aims to bring the Kauai community healthy food choices, upscale groceries, and a fun, casual café and restaurant environment for Kama’aina & Tourists alike to gather. At Living Foods, Ohana means bringing guests together around high-quality and socially conscious products and ingredients on a daily basis.

Living Foods features a fully-stocked grocery with ready-made to-go items as well as more permanent fixtures for weekly grocery needs. Living Foods café features coffee and fresh baked goods, and is open daily. The all-day restaurant at Living Foods will feature breakfast, lunch, and dinner, highlighting menu items such as Fried Rice, Bibimbap, Aguachile, and Smash Burger and is open from 7am to 10pm.

Whether just enjoying Kauai for a week or more permanently, Living Foods is a community where guests can reliably source quality products to feed themselves and their families. At Living Foods, we are always celebrating the craft of Aloha.

The hostess was very accommodating. The outside venue was beautiful. Our server was fantastic and very informative. The food was excellent.

Come here each time we visit Kauai which is yearly. Food is good, but not great. Nothing special about the fish sandwich, smash burger or roasted chicken. Could use more flavor or sauces to enhance. Menu needs an update.

Really rough night there which is unfortunate because it’s a cute place with a fun outdoor bar. Cocktails were the best part - but they took 20 minutes, and came once we were almost finished with our meals. Got the steak and fresh catch. Steak was a small, cheap, fatty end piece and fully well done when ordered medium rare. Came with no sauce or any garnish and just looked so unappetizing. Fish was better but came in a salty butter sauce that just tasted cheap and under seasoned. Service was incredibly slow and inattentive - no effort to reconcile the slow drinks or inedible steak.

Did not honor our reservation. My party was 13 minutes late to our reservation because their side of the parking lot is closed, which we didn’t account for because it wasn’t the case the last time we visited. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was a “seat yourself” sign and no host. The server and manager then informed us that it was a slow night so they had already decided to close with no notice or no call to us despite our reservation.

Service could be better, a little too hang lose. However, the steak special is awesome for price. it's a ribeye with veggies. Also, the fresh fish was ono and the sandwich was so good and perfectly cooked. Nice outdoor eating area and a great value. We will return for sure.

The food was so fresh and delicious. I had the fish sando with striped marlin - outstanding. Our server was delightful and the food was served promptly. Can’t wait to go back!
