Well Done & Disappointed! This has been our Go To place when we visit and stay at Hard Rock. This time we brought along two others and raved about the experience and the food. We looked forward to it after some hours in the casino. Usually the waiters, waitresses and staff cater to you and show such care and enthusiasm, however this time felt rushed and nothing special. We ordered filet mignon to be cooked medium as we always do and all three came out well. Mine particularly well, and our two guests were disappointed but didn’t want to make a big deal. They decided they would not go back. Now I know restaurants have good nights and bad, but this was Night and Day from our previous experiences. Plus once the steak went back for them to make a new one and remove it from the bill, which was nice, our waiter was MIA. Yet stood just feet away. So maybe some new training is needed. We definitely will think twice about giving this place another try.

From the time we sat down until the check came the service was exceptional. The food was so delicious. We cannot wait to return. Thank You Il Mulino

We visit this restaurant whenever in AC. Always perfect from the moment your walk through the door. I am always amazed by the large attentive staff on hand. The food is great as well as the wine selection. Hint the pre fix menu is the best deal in AC.
