                                                                                                      We had a fantastic dinner and experience. The kids menu was great and everything we had was delicious. We ordered the penne rigate and rigatoni funghi to share among our party. Among our party we ordered chicken and veal parmigiana, chicken fra diavolo, veal saltimbocca and margarita pizza. We had a nice table toward the back of the restaurant which felt more intimate. Liz and the staff were great, too. Everything was top-notch and we will definitely be back the next time we visit Orlando!

                                                                                                      Service was prompt and server was very pleasant. Food was below average and not a value. Veal Milanese was pounded way too thin, over breaded and overcooked. Would not recommend.

                                                                                                      We arrived a little early for our reservation and had to wait about 1/2 hour. We sat patiently and watched as several patrons marched by in t-shirts, old shorts and flip-flops. We were then very disappointed in the table we were ultimately taken to and tried to have it changed twice to no avail. Then our food came out. The calamari was delicious but the main course left much to be desired. The raviolis in my wife's Cacio e Pepe were inedible- extremely hard around the edges and the servers never checked back on the dinner so we didn't have a chance to complain and when we did, it was met with total disinterest. We come to Il Mulino each time we come to Disney (sometimes more than once per year) over the years and generally have been satisfied but this time was the worst.

                                                                                                      Our waiter was terrible. He took our order and forgot to give it to the kitchen. We waited for a rover an hour for our food. Nobody even came over to apologize for the delay. We had to call the manager over to ask us why they forgot about our table. We noticed that everyone that ordered after us got their food before us.

Previously this restaurant was excellent. I will try again on upcoming trip however. The noise level was not energetic but distracting. Hostess stand was very friendly and helpful. Wait staff was very efficient and nice

                                                                                                      Promptly seated having a reservation. Sat us in an adjacent side room on a 2 top with zero ambiance and attention from staff. Took a while to finally get water and then took our order. Seemed as if we were out of place/out of mind. Finally another table was seated in this room. Chicken parm was quite good as was out salad starter. Passed on dessert as were were quite finished though we would not have ordered anyhow. Took a very long time to get our bill and then even longer to complete the credit card. Food - great Service and all that - not good.
