                                                          The noise level in this restaurant is by far the loudest I have ever experienced. Conversation was impossible. The waiter knew we felt this way and tried to make up for it. He only charged us one corkage fee and brought us a complimentary dessert. He was friendly and fun but I just wanted to get out. This was a on a Thursday evening. If I ever go back, I will go early and on Tuesday or Wednesday when it might not be as busy.

                                                          The food is good and they take care of you here and make you feel special. My partner and I have been here twice for different special occasions and plan on coming back. We really enjoy this place.

                                                          Cocktail drink, Cozy in the Snow, was amazing. Limited menu options. However, atmosphere is extremely loud, crowded, hot and humid, in February. Won’t return.

                                                          Small parking lot, but you can try street parking. We arrived early and had to wait for our exact reservation time. Understandable, since they were busy. But, we got our table on time. Food was great, staff was great....will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu 😋

                                                          Noisy and rushed. Everything came more or less at once. We had piles of plates on the table because of the overlap. Pollo Parmigiana was overdone and tough. It felt like the only thing that really mattered to them was turning the table. Don’t understand why it’s so popular.

                                                          Charming restaurant and delicious food. A great place to celebrate a birthday! And the food is authentic- from the gorgeous antipasto tray to the cacio e Pepe.

                                                          The food was good but the service was poor. We had a problem with our drinks and spoke to the bus boy who told us we were wrong there was no problem. The waiter stepped in and asked us about it and he also told us there was no problem as he had made the drink. So there could be no problem with the taste of it. So we said ok and just decided not to push on it. We just choose not to drink it. From that moment on they were rude to us. Lack of attention, slap the bill down and not speak to us. When we left I said goodbye and the waiter just turned his back on me and would not look at us. Childlike behavior will not bring us back.
