The food was really nice , especially the starters! Waiters were really friendly and provided impeccable service.

Amazing food and amazing service. Staff were so friendly and helpful - I would definitely come back again.

It took them 3 hours to bring out 3 courses of food. The food was bland, chewy and simply overpriced. The place was severely overstaffed and in the end we forcibly went to the front desk and settled our bill since nobody was serving us at our table! AVOID!

The service could be improved...Not sure if they were under staffed due to valentines…but it took a while to get our food and had to chase up to get the bill…but other than that food was very delicious and the Valentine’s Day ambience was nice…so not all bad I guess.

Amazing atmosphere and they pulled out all the stops with the Valentines Day decor - and a belly dancer to top off the evening!

Got there for 12pm - we were the only customers until we were leaving so it was very quiet. Food was delicious- I can personally recommend getting the “Bomb” and my husband had he mixed grill and he said it was delicious. Staff were fab. The drinks were great. Only downside was the seats could do with a clean and the mirrors in there needed a good wipe. But that aside I highly recommend

To sum up this experience- worst NYE ever and would not return if you paid me. Rude front of house staff, I was told “babe we over booked the tables so there is no table for you even though you paid £15 each for the NYE entertainment table three weeks ago”. I then asked for our refund and would leave, (this was for four of us)and I was then told sorry I can’t do that babe. So classy ! so basically they wanted us to leave and not refund us our money. I was then told to wait as they wouldn’t give us the refund so they then made us wait from 9.30 to 10.40 at the reception area to then be sat down on a made up table at the doorway next to the DJ speaker. We finally received our food at exactly 12pm as the NYE chimes rung. Then to top it off the food was not great. Honestly never experienced such bad service from a restaurant.

The food was good, however our servish was rushed and we had to call waiters over to be served, with long waits. Our main server was also snappy and had and attitude when we were paying our bill. They also got all the sauces we ordered wrong with our meals and the halloumi appetizer was a small portion for the price.
