   Lokma is a great place. We dined in. The food was fresh and delicious, service impeccable, and ambiance nice. Overall, it was a great experience.

   Quaint neighborhood spot. Menu offered good variety. Service was gracious and attentive. Will return.

   Lokma always deliverers. The food is terrific. Lamb and beef meatballs (kofke) were delicious, the presidio salad with yoghurt marinated chicken wonderfully yummy and the dumplings (manti) were divine. Highly recommend

   Never had Turkish food before and it was delicious. We had the spreads, Muhammara, Baba Ganoush and Tzatziki with warm house made pita bread for appetizers. We also had the Bal & Kaymak which is honey and clotted cream with pita bread. Wow it could be served as dessert. The main was Manti, Turkish dumplings with garlic yogurt and tomato butter sauce. Excellent! The service was on point. Highly recommend.

   We loved the food and ambiance. Two issues though: even though it was February and a cold night (55?) the front door was propped wide open. I heard several customers ask if the door could be closed. I realize the door probably had to be propped open so the servers could come in and out of the restaurant. Perhaps you can install heat lamp over the tables that are close to the door? Our server was very sweet, but she was not very knowledgeable about the beer and wine list. When asked what it meant that a beer was unfiltered she said well it isn’t filtered. And she could not really describe the taste profile of a wine. Not a big issue but something to point out.   We had a great meal and will be back once the weather warms up.

   I have been here twice before and loved it. This time was ho-hum. We dined outside, yet the table next to us was so LOUD that we could barely talk. Wait staff was friendly, but not very attentive. Trout had bones in it (last time I ordered it they had de-boned it) and was very salty. Sea bass was very good. Beet salad was tasty, but a bit small. Wine pours seemed small. Overall okay, but not as good as previous visits.

   Excellent Turkish restaurant on Clement St. We had the dip trio and the papas bravas to start - fantastic! I ordered the halibut as my entree, and my partner ordered the burger. The halibut was beautifully cooked, and the mashed potatoes with the pearl couscous salad complimented the delicate fish. The burger was terrific. We'll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

    Food and service were great. My only complaint is that it was cold inside. They need to put a barrier by the front door.
