We had a fabulous meal after our son's graduation from Texas State University. It was the perfect place to celebrate. The service was excellent. The chef came and checked on us twice. The food was delicious. We will be back!

Overpriced, overhyped, underwhelming. That about wraps up the experience here. Mediocre to bad food, bad beverages, premium prices for low quality offerings. We will not return.

We came here 2 years ago when we vacationed in Wimberley for our honeymoon. We are now expecting our first child and chose Longleaf to reveal the gender of our baby. They were extremely nice like always and made us a special dessert to reveal the gender. We are forever grateful and can’t wait to bring baby girl back next year.

The food at Longleaf is always delicious and last night was no exception. Fried olives and an ice cold martini is a great beginning and the delectable Budino Italian dessert is an absolute must whenever we visit. The pork chop - my husband's favorite - is exceptional and the fish of the day with grapefruit beurre blanc sauce is unbelievably good. The preparation of their Brussels sprouts side dish is one of the BEST I have tasted all across Texas. Can you tell I am a fan? You will be too.

This small town sweet little restaurant has everything a Napa Valley restaurant has even a beautiful little garden to sit in. It’s very sweet very quaint. The chef is super talented.

Food is over priced. Ordered a steak and it was very undercooked. Waitress never checked on us. Then left cause her shift was over

Long Leaf menu is exceptional. They also have specials for the weekend. My group to choose something different so we could taste all the food. The duck was the best I have ever eaten. It was served with a cranberry reduction sauce and perfect polenta. Lasagna was grandson’s choice and his new favorite. The pasta tasted fresh and homemade. The salad and options were also added. We all left very full. The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. It was an amazing evening meal. Thank you, Long Leaf❣️

Our waitress was so sweet and helpful, the chef came out and spoke to us, and was so kind! Our food was delicious - *get the fried olives! * We ate outside and it was beautiful, it was quiet and peaceful. We hope to come back soon, we really enjoyed everything about the restaurant and every single thing we ordered.

The food was delicious and very flavorful. The stuffed olives were AMAZING. The Chef personally came out to greet us, chat and make sure that everything was top notch. Service was quick and we were seated as soon as we arrived for our reservation with no wait. Definitely recommend and will be back to try a few other things.
