Inspired by the sun-kissed Aussie coastline, our exclusive set-menu and à la carte dishes are a celebration of Australia’s natural beauty. From Thursday 13th to Saturday 15th February, join us for a culinary journey curated by Executive Chef Jarrod Walsh. Expect dishes loaded with aphrodisiacs, starting with a chilled seafood spread. Westholme Wagyu beef tartare with smoked oyster cream followed by masterfully grilled Westholme MBS+5 Wagyu sirloin frites served with roasted nori béarnaise and tarragon will take centre stage. For the sweetest finale savour the ‘Pav-love-ahh’, made with lychee rose sorbet, strawberries, white chocolate curd and whipped cream. On arrival, we’ll be pouring complimentary sparkling to set the mood.

Had a great NYE degustation dinner. Very nice wines available by the glass. Relaxed and friendly service, handling last minute dietary preferences like pros.

The most memorable meal we have had in a long time paired with warm and attentive service. It was our anniversary and the staff made our evening particularly special, including by offering us complimentary champagne and wine (both of which were stunning). Thank you and we look forward to returning soon.

We had a lovely experience at Longshore for my husband's birthday. The service was exceptional as all staff went above and beyond. Braith's knowledge of wines was a highlight. We will be back.

Dishes were heavy handed, and over priced. The team were lovely but ambience was pretty empty.

Service was excellent and attentive. Food was all very good especially the prawn dishes. Only dish we didn't like was the steak which was a bit rare and chewy.

Beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Staff were so knowledgeable and attentive. A truly wonderful dining experience - we look forward to coming again and bringing our friends
