Food was extremely good and very nice service. We were seated in the bar area and the experience was only slightly marred by muzak that was a bit too loud. Prices are a bit on the high side too. Otherwise would happily return.

Lovely. We stayed here before our wedding in 2023 and had a lovely time. Food very good. Went for lunch with friends - extremely good value with 2-for-1 on mains which we didn’t know until we paid. Fish and chips lovely but too much batter and food wait a bit too long. Overall, though, very nice.

We love dining in the bar as its dog friendly, and the open fire at this time of year creates a good ambience,

The staff are wonderful I take ladies down for lunch every week they are very welcoming very polite. I couldn’t recommend the road leaves enough. Never had a bad meal top quality.

Hotel doesn’t look fantastic but don’t let that put you off experiencing great food and service. Good portion sizes and professional, friendly service. Excellent.
