                                                                    The place should be cuter. Appealing from the outside but nothing special once inside. Feels a bit dated, should be refreshed to become a neighborhood gem, cause the food and service were actually good.

                                                                    My husband and I were spending one night on the UES. I invested some time researching a quality restaurant for our one dinner in town and my effort paid off. Moving our reservation to an earlier time was accommodated. We were greeted as if we were 'regulars.' I was served a delicious mocktail and my husband loved the recommended Italian Pilsner. We both enjoyed the calamari, beet salad, cod, and bronzino. As good as the food was, the personal service was outstanding. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

                                                                    We LOVE this very small neighborhood gem! We don't live in the city but this was our second visit and it does not disappoint. The cacio e pepe is to die for and every fish dish is so excellent. Our server (Alberto? sorry) is a delight from Abruzzi. Looking forward to our next meal!

                                                                    Always a treat to dine at L’Osteria! Fantastic pastas, delicious desserts, and a lovely cozy atmosphere. The service is excellent. One of our favorite neighborhood gems!
