                                                                                          I was excited to try the new location as I've been a customer of the St Matthew's location, then Nu Lu, but I was disappointed by the new location. It's a watered-down version of the others. The tables are tight, and the food is OK. The side salads were the best part... the linguini and meatballs were way too heavy on tomato paste and light on linguini. I'll continue to frequent the other locations. Also, prices have significantly increased.

                                                                                          We absolutely love Lou Lou! Never went to any of the other locations but since this one is close by we tried it and now we are hooked. The drinks are amazing, Old fashioned the way it is sup to be. The fish, pasta and Cajun dishes are all amazing, flavorful and we will be back many times over!

                                                                                          The service and food were awesome. And this was on Fat Tuesday. I would have expected the kitchen and wait staff to be swamped and slower than normal. However, prompt, professional service was experienced. The food was delivered quickly and was DELICIOUS. The only negative comment was that I ordered an old fashion from the bar and the quality of that drink was less than I would have hoped for. This restaurant is one of my wife and favorite and is a regular. Please note that the noise in the restaurant is louder than average so if you are looking for a quiet place you may be disappointed if they are busy and/or have a band. Highly recommend!

                                                                                          12/10 I love all Lou Lou locations and this new one is a perfect mix of the atmosphere of Nulu’s location and the East End convenience of the Saint Matthew’s location! The food and drinks were AMAZING and the service was impeccable! They really went all out for mardis gras and it was such a fun experience!

                                                                                          We made reservations because they advertised a crab boil. Got there and they didn’t have that. It was the only reason we went. They also didn’t update their FB page to let anyone know. We were very disappointed.
