                                                                                              We sat at 815. The live music was nice but a bit too loud. We had a hard time hearing each other talk. I was also disappointed that our waiter did not tell us the kitchen was closing at 9:00 because when we asked for dessert at 915 we were turned down. I was really hoping for some beignets. Otherwise, the food was great. Loved the Boudin balls, shrimp and grits, seafood po boy and chicken carbonara. The pork chop was good but not very hot.

                                                                                              We were at Lou Lou on Market on Mother's Day. The service was outstanding. Our waitress and the entire staff were helpful and accommodating. They even moved our reservation from the 2nd level to their lovely outside seating when we arrived, to bef accommedate my elderly mother. The food was simple delious. My mother order the burbon glased salmon and it was perfectly cooked! My father had the jumbalya and could not have been happier. I had the bisque that was FULL of seafood. I also had the salmon flatbread and it was YUMMY. My husband had the sampler. This allowed him to try 4-5 items from the menu-it was so good he didn't have any leftovers! Overal we know we will be back!

                                                                                              Overall, Lou Lou’s was a good experience! The food was good - the noise level was good & the service was good too. My only complaint was I got the gumbo and it had very little meat and an excessive amount of the veggies (okra) it had, but the sauce was good and well seasoned. The drinks were good & the dessert was delicious!

                                                                                              Our first visit to Lou Lou on Market and we'll definitely be back. The Redfish and the Halibut were both excellent. Drinks and service were top notch as well!
