    We are celebrating Mardi Gras on Fat Tuesday, March 4th!! Join us for Jambalaya, Gumbo, Po Boys, Hurricanes, Hand Grenades, Live Bayou music, and good times! We will be taking reservation from 11am-9pm. We a require a credit card to hold your reservation. We have a $25 per guest cancelation charge for no shows.                                                                                               This is a great restaurant. The four instead of five stars is because one of our two entrees was not up to snuff. It's worth a 4.5 to 4.75 I think. The vibe is New Orleans downscale hip. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. The bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce was among the best we've ever had--and we've had it in many places including New Orleans. My crawfish etoufeé was excellent, as was the crabcake appetizer. Only the blackened redfish didn't measure up--not truly blackened, and a bit overcooked. We'll go back if we are in Louisville again.

                                                                                              The food is absolutely incredible. We had a table upstairs at a window which was nice to get to look out and everything. We started with the bayou dip, which was amazing. Then we shared the sampler that comes with red beans and rice, jambalaya, gumbo, and etouffe. All of the food was so good. The service and the drinks were excellent as well. We will definitely be back!
