Our brunch was subpar at best. Undercooked and overpriced food with extremely small portion sizes, especially the steak sandwich which was essentially just goat cheese spread on a stale brioche bun. The salmon bowl was lacking seasoning and was served over wilted mixed green. The biscuits we ordered came out raw in the middle and had little to not taste, besides salt, when they were “cooked a little longer.” For the price, you are much better suited to visit on of the numerous brunch places in the nearby area.

Poor service, mediocre food, some over-priced. Brought wrong wine, forgot our appetizer all together, were out of main entrees and appetizers that we were excited for. Gnocchi was way too large, caked. Could go on about the rest of the food but just not worth it. Really disappointed, came to Indy for a girls weekend and this was our main meal out. Won’t be returning.

Overall LouVino was a good experience, the food, atmosphere, and drinks were on par with what you would expect. Service started out good but there was an accident with some glasses and plates that changed the entire vibe. There were also drinks that were dropped off at our table for a birthday we were celebrating. These drinks were not ordered by us, it was made out for us to believe that they were on the restaurant and would not be charged. At the end of the night, we were charged for the drinks.

It was just ok. Service wasn't fantastic. The server kind of lacked warmth and energy. We ran low on water a few times. The food was ok. We had the parmesan fries, chicken sandwich, shrimp and scallop risotto and the beignets. The fries were probably the best thing. They were hot and crispy and the truffle aioli was really good. The chicken sandwich wasn't anything to rave about. I'd honestly prefer a Popeye's chicken sandwich. We did get the loaded tots with the sandwich and those were good. They aren't typical tots, they were battered and fried. The risotto was so not worth it. The risotto was super bland, had zucchini and corn in it. The seafood was cooked well so I ate all that but I just could not eat the risotto. Had no flavor. The beignets weren't really beignets. They were 4 small fried balls of "cookie dough" which really just had the consistency of melted frosting. Overall very disappointed and will not return.

Came for their New Years set menu, 4 course meal. They literally rushed us through so fast that they brought out the 2nd course before we were even done with the first. Never asked to refill our drinks, just pressuring us to finish up. We were done and out of the place in 45 minutes flat. Such a huge disappointment.

Awesome New Year’s Eve experience with prix fixe dinner. The service was fantastic, special thanks to our amazing server, Wit. Great attention to detail, we had a fantastic time!

The aesthetics were very nice, the food was amazing and our waitress Raizel was outstanding. I had the Pancake Tacos and my daughter had the Brie Stuffed French Toast. The pancake was amazing and fluffy, not dense and heavy. It was filled with egg, crumbled sausage, bacon and a little cheese…delicious! My daughter had the Brie Stuffed French Toast with Berries which was a nice mixture of sweet with savory of the Brie! Also quite delicious! Our waitress was friendly and professional, she was attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely be going back and asking specifically for Raizel!

The food was decent but the service was not good. The server did not write down the order and forgot to bring an entree. At the end of the meal did not bring change back to one of the guests and never returned to the table.

It was freezing in there, multiple people had their jackets on. They were out of 1/2 of the things (ex. Grilled chicken, salmon, tots, fries, no salads, only sandwich was the blt). I ordered the fried chicken and waffles and when I cut into it the center was raw.
