First: House-made burrata, 16-month aged prosciutto, and vibrant winter pesto. Second: Pear salad with red wine-poached pears, goat cheese, spiced walnuts, and pear vinaigrette. Third: Lobster & ricotta agnolotti with robiola fonduta, thyme, dill, and sorrel. Fourth: Choose a 6 oz filet mignon with parmesan parsnip purée and fresh truffle, or Chilean sea bass with farrotto and lemon beurre blanc. You and up to three friends will learn to craft pillowy pasta from scratch, pair it with perfect sauces, and enjoy a celebratory meal featuring your creations. Plus, take home a Luca chef’s apron as a keepsake! At $200 per person (plus tax and fees), this two-hour experience is the ultimate gift for pasta lovers. Book for two and meet fellow pasta enthusiasts, or reserve for three or four spots for a private class.
