Lucca Osteria & Bar is the vision of chef and veteran restaurateur, Claudio Ulivieri and his partner Steven Hartenstein. Raised near the Italian city of Lucca, Claudio’s passion for food began. He brought this passion to the States, and started his culinary career as a chef. Now, after decades of creating menus and running restaurants, he and his partner have opened Lucca Osteria - tapping into his roots - to share his favorite rustic Italian flavors with you.     Great atmosphere, food was very good, starting with appetizers, Grouper was delicious. Services was great, Daniela our server was amazing. We felt very special at the restaurant , manager Victorio stoped at the table few times to check if we need anything . Highly recommend .

    We were excited to see the vibrant holiday atmosphere. We hung out at the bar for a few drinks, and they didn't have Creme de cacao. OK, I ordered something else. The waitress was lovely but would fly buy and take a drink order for only some people at the table, while we were calling after her to get the entire order. The appetizers (West Coast Oysters and Shrimp Polenta) were outstanding. The bread was great. The Mains (pan seared Grouper and Spaghetti Negri) were inedible. Both were really really bad. I ate what I could and ordered a side of fries for the table so we had something that was decent. Ordered Hazelnut Cheesecake because we were still hungry. That was good. With the tip, the bill was $400. For great appetizers, French fries, dessert about about 5 drinks ... in terms of what was good. The Main Courses were horrible. I can't state that enough.

    It’s the best bar none Italian around! We love everything. But the fettuccine in the Parmesan round belisimo. The branzino perfection !

    Two of us had their special a filet of Ribeye. Don’t think it was ribeye not much flavor, carrots were awesome. One had grouper and was just ok. One had the pasta special which was great. Service was just ok. At first she was rushing us. Had an hard time understanding her English. Our first 2 choices of bottles of wine they didn’t have. Seems like a good place to order pasta. Pricey for the quality of food. Won’t be running back.

    This Restaurant has some of the most delicious food I've eaten lately! They utilize only the freshest ingredients and ensure that each dish is properly prepared. The risotto with white truffle was very delicious, brodetto di pesce was just perfect. A very Special Thanks,to Chef Claudio. for making my son and my husband’s birthday unforgettably special.     Tori was so nice, warm and welcoming!!! Stephen makes you feel like family Melvin was very attentive and nice Food was delicious and served hot Happy 70th Claudio. We missed you and glad you had a night to celebrate

    Had my 30th birthday dinner here with my family and it was amazing! The manager Vittorio took such great care of us and made our carbonara himself after my dad requested it for my birthday and it wasn’t even on the menu, it was the best I have ever had. Our server Anna was so sweet and accommodating, I’d give more stars if I could!
