In the heart of New Orleans, expertly crafted food, spirits and cocktails come together in a unique privately owned micro-distillery and restaurant.

We are quintessentially southern with a distinct Louisiana influence. We are Lula Restaurant-Distillery.

As the first and only restaurant-distillery in New Orleans, Louisiana and in the Southeast US, we promise to offer you an incredible experience in the shadows of our copper still and along the historic streetcar line of St. Charles Avenue.

Lunch Specials include options such as our Des Allemands Fish Club ($10) (back by popular demand), Blackberry Glazed Ribs ($13) and Fried Chicken Sandwich ($10)! Stop in for a quick lunch (free parking is available in our parking lot) or start the weekend off early with our Bottomless Vodka Bar ($20). We provide our housemade Lula vodka and you can help yourself to mixers such as a Moscow Mule, Pomegranate Lemonade, Bay Breeze, Bloody Mary, & House-made tonic. All mixers are made fresh, daily, in-house! Enjoy the patio, large bar, or dine overlooking our distillery.

    We went to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, which was listed on the reservation m. Server didn’t a knowledge her birthday, even with her sporting pins and a sash. Never asked if we wanted dessert. She was not the friendliest. But everything else was aMazing outside of the waitress.

    Server Monique was wonderful. Food was great. We had the ribs and spicy fish. Anniversary dinner that Monique made extra special.

    This was our first time at this establishment. It was awesome from the food to the service. The fried pickles were on point and so was the pina colodas!

    Overall excellent experience. Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent flavor and presentation off all entrees. Cocktails were delicious!

    Very disappointed! Made reservations a month ago arrived and no table available. Sat outside manager took order for drinks and appetizer got those then no one ever came back sat 30 minutes waiting to order entree 2 other waitresses outside but didn’t help us. Finally we had to find someone just to pay bill and leave without main course. Not coming back!!

    We waited to be seated - finally took us to table - for 5. Our reservation was for 2 people, he looked at screen wrong. We walked by 4 available tables for 2 persons- he took us to table set for 4 way back of the place. Constantly setting up tables, moving chairs loudly. Hauling chairs in air over our heads to move chairs to tables for 16 people. Loud, screeching, slamming plates. Negronis were good. Salad with skirt steak - disgusting limp lettuce that had obviously been drenched with dressing hours before. Skirt steak had grisly areas throughout.?Shrimp & grits were bland. Small dinner salad had exact same limp drenched sad lettuce. No water refills. Had to ask for salt & pepper & steak knife. So loud, no way to talk. Terrible anniversary dinner out. Grrrr.

We apologize for the confusion with your reservation and the noise. We understand how frustrating it was to walk by available tables and then be seated in a less ideal location. We strive to create a comfortable atmosphere and we regret this wasn’t the case during your visit. We also apologize the food didn’t meet your expectations and will address this with our kitchen. We are also sorry you had issues with refills and missing condiments. These oversights are not acceptable. We appreciate your honesty.     This was my first experience enjoying dinner at a restaurant on Christmas Eve and the service was great! Brock was our server for a table of 6, none of us had ever been here before and he was great with suggestions! Will definitely be back!
