   The only negative we experienced at Lulo was the #$$%& who answered the phone. We were running about 10 minutes late for our already confirmed reservation. I know the reservation said they would hold for 15 minutes BUT to be considerate we called to let them know. The woman who answered was very rude and acted as if we didn't get there within 10 it would be a problem. So I rushed driving crazy and got there to find a completely empty place... no one upstairs, only 2 tables downstairs. Really? 12 minutes would have pit you out? Bad taste in our mouth before we even tasted the food... which was good. Yummy drinks Good atmosphere

   I honestly feel bad writing this review but I feel as though I have to. We have been to Lulo multiple times and it's one of my wife's favorite restaurants. This Saturday we made a reservation for 7PM. We arrived around 6:50, they had our reservation on the tablet, and they said wait just a moment. As we waited, the waiting room started to fill up. Everyone had reservations, no one was being sat. The waiting room was so full you could barely move. Finally by 7:30, right before we were about to walk out, we got sat, 30 minutes late. We were sat at a table clearly made for only 2 people even though there were 3 of us. As we sat there cramped in together, we waited ANOTHER nearly 20 minutes and not a single server greeted us. Not even waters, or to take our order or anything. We heard mumblings of other tables having the same if not worse issues. We got up and left. Apparently they had 2 large private parties going on that same night, and still allowed for all their normal reservations to be made. This is just really bad management and a really bad look to treat loyal customers like this. Looking at other reviews from the past few weeks I'm seeing similar stories as well. I'm really disappointed and honestly don't really see myself coming back. I hope that they can turn it around because on a night where you do get served, the food is very good.

   we had a group of 12 and had made a reservation about a month in advance. the servers were not at all ready for a group of that size, forgot several drinks, brought everyone’s food out at different times, all the food was cold and unseasoned. drinks were good, but also took about an hour to get everyone their first drink. we ended up being there for 2 hours and not one person had a chance to order a second drink. I was disappointed based on the reviews I read leading up to my reservation.

   The service was great and our waiter Sebastian was awesome! The food was delicious and we highly recommend this place! My wife and I loved the ambiance!

   The environment was cozy and unique. However it was loud and difficult to hold conversations. Also the service could have been better. The waiter brought out some appetizers and meals. The rest of the appetizers were delivered later. Would have liked to have my appetizers first, before my meal. Also the bill was incorrect. There were 3 deserts added and an additional drink no one ordered. It was a process to get the bill revised.

    Odd that one menu had prices, the other no prices. Server needs to try the food and understand the menu.
