It’s so loud during peak dining hour that you can’t talk to each other, let alone the staff. Something needs to be done to curtail the noise, seriously! We opted to dine inside thinking it would be quieter, but it was so loud inside.
I was happy to see they were so busy though. I think this is the third restaurant in this space and they are definitely attracting more diners than their predecessors.
Service and drinks were great! I wish I recalled our server’s name, she was a delight!
On to the food.
The olives that are on the table when you are seated are amazing! The Frito Misto appetizer was just okay and served with tartar sauce.
The entrees were okay, but not yummy as described by our server. Everyone’s tastes are different, so you can’t fault someone for recommending something they like.
I had the lobster/langoustine pasta. The pasta and sauce were tasty, but there was only one piece of lobster claw meat and the langoustine were very small and overcooked. It was only $42, so reasonably priced for what it was, but I’d rather pay $60 and get better quality/quanity.
We also ordered the bucatini cauliflower dish. It was so small that it looked like an appetizer. It was tasty, but much spicier than advertised. It was also unseasoned and when we asked for salt to several employees, it took at least 10 minutes to get the salt at which point the pasta was cold. I’m not a chef and don’t understand the idea that a chef can season a dish and be offended if you want more salt. Put salt and pepper on the table or be more attentive to guests.
The Branzino was fabulous, but there was so much celery and celery leaves on it which detracted from the dish. We love celery but this was over the top on celery.
We asked for to go containers for two items. The person who delivered the bag to our table put the bag down in my face essentially. Very rude as there were only three of us. Seemed like they were rushing us out after spending almost $400.

It's clear you have a discerning palate, and while we do our best to cater to everyone's tastes, I recognize that preferences can vary. Thank you for your suggestions regarding the menu and seasoning. We always strive to improve, and it’s clear you have thought deeply about your dinner experience and we hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.
